A node is one instrumented service: any application instance sending telemetry to DeepCube via OpenTelemetry. This can be a standalone application, a containerized pod, a serverless function, etc. Services your applications communicate with (databases, caches, third-party APIs) appear on the Service Map as inferred services. Inferred services are detected automatically and do not count as nodes. Examples:
Each plan includes a throughput limit measured in traces and logs per second. Traces capture distributed operations across your services, while logs capture discrete events within a service. Any operation inside a node emits trace spans and log entries, and the volume varies by operation complexity and frequency. By combining these signals, DeepCube recreates your application operations as they occur in real-time and maintains a historical record. Current limits: Start (50/s), Visualize (200/s), Analyze (1,000/s), Fuse (2,000/s).
Replacing or removing any existing APM is not required. You can complement your existing analytics experience with the Visualize plan. If you decide to remove your current APM, the Analyze and Fuse plans are designed for scale and growth.
Security is a top priority for us. We utilize encryption in transit and at rest. This includes universal HTTPS on all public web sites and APIs, strong TLS configuration, and HTTP Strict Transport Security.
We offer monthly subscriptions with a specified node minimum per service tier. Start (Free) has no minimum, Visualize requires a single node, Analyze requires twenty-five nodes, and Fuse requires fifty nodes. Any nodes over the minimum are billed at a discounted rate. Examples:
25 x $45 = $1,125 per month.4*1 + 2*2 = 8 and 4*5 + 2*5 = 35 nodes. With less than twenty-five nodes, the monthly subscription amount would be for the minimum of twenty-five nodes or $1,125 per month. Any nodes above the minimum are recalculated daily based on actual node count and billed at the discounted $30/node/month rate. This allows for more accurate billing especially when monitoring short-lived containerized applications whose count fluctuates due to automated horizontal scaling. At 35 nodes the monthly subscription amount is the total of twenty-five nodes at $45/node/mo and ten nodes at $30/node/mo or 25 x $45 + 10 x $30 = $1,425 per month.Annual prepayment is available at approximately 17% discount. Optional add-ons (Customer Support Hours, Premium Professional Services) and a one-time Plan Change Fee may apply; see the relevant sections below.
Note: Please keep in mind that we frequently offer discounts and promotions that reduce the monthly cost for all available plans.
Performance is a top priority for us. We provision a certain amount of dedicated infrastructure for all paid plans to avoid service disruptions or inconsistent performance.
Data retention scales with your plan: Start retains 7 days, Visualize 30 days, Analyze 90 days, and Fuse 365 days. All telemetry storage is included in your per-node price; we do not charge separately for storage volume, ingestion overage, or query volume. If you need longer retention, upgrade to the next plan tier (which includes a longer retention window as a tier feature). We do not currently offer per-node retention extensions as a separate add-on.
When you downgrade to a plan with a shorter retention window, data older than the new window will become inaccessible at the next storage policy refresh. Your existing data within the new window is preserved. If you need to keep historical data, export it via the DeepCube API before initiating the plan change. Upgrading does not delete any data; new ingest is retained for the longer window going forward.
User counts are included with each plan: Start supports 3 users, Visualize 5 users, and Analyze and Fuse include unlimited users. Analyze and Fuse are priced per node, not per user, so adding a teammate never adds a per-user charge; your bill does not grow just because your team does. If your team is larger than the user count on the Start or Visualize plan, upgrade to a tier that includes the seats you need.
DeepCube's built-in AI Assistant (internally known as Tessa) is context-aware, meaning it understands your live telemetry (traces, logs, metrics) and can interpret anomalies, explain system behavior, and recommend next steps. Every plan includes the full AI Assistant. What scales by tier is your usage budget: Start has a recharging budget per 6-hour window, and Visualize, Analyze, and Fuse each add more headroom on a stronger model, with the paid-tier budgets scaling per node. As a paid customer the assistant is never cut off: when a window's budget runs low it keeps working in a lighter, faster mode and returns to full strength when the 6-hour window recharges.
A query is any request you make to the AI Assistant within the DeepCube interface, such as asking it to explain an anomaly, investigate a trace, summarize recent incidents, or suggest a root cause. Usage draws from your plan's energy budget for the current 6-hour window rather than a fixed count of queries. You watch a simple energy bar, not token counts. When the window's budget runs low, the assistant keeps working in a lighter, faster mode and returns to full strength when the window recharges, so a paid plan is never cut off. On the free Start plan the allowance is small, and when a window’s budget is spent Tessa pauses until the window recharges rather than switching to a lighter mode.
Code Fix is available on every DeepCube plan. When Tessa identifies an issue, she can trace it from the telemetry of the environment you are viewing to the source file in your connected codebase and propose a fix. You review the changes, the work happens in your connected workspace with your developer's own git access, and some context goes to the model when you ask. What your plan changes is not whether you can run Code Fix, but the model behind it and how much you can run in a window. The Analyze and Fuse plans put our most capable model on deep analysis work such as Code Fix and root-cause investigation, which is where the strongest results come from.
The Fuse plan extends the AI Assistant's capabilities beyond application code into infrastructure analysis. In addition to the full AI Assistant and Code Fix, the Fuse plan includes AI-powered infrastructure insights: resource utilization analysis, application-to-infrastructure mapping, and cost optimization recommendations. This helps teams identify underused resources, correlate infrastructure changes with application behavior, and reduce cloud spend.
Yes. Two hour-based add-ons are available alongside any plan, billed monthly:
You commit to a number of hours per month at subscription edit time, and we bill the committed hours every billing cycle until you change the quantity. Hours reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month, so size your commitment to your typical monthly usage. Quantity changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle to keep billing predictable.
Yes. A one-time Plan Change Fee of $99.99 is added to your next invoice when you change your plan tier (Start, Visualize, Analyze, Fuse). The fee covers the real backend work of recalibrating your account: data retention windows, throughput limits, infrastructure assignment, and AI quotas. The fee applies in either direction (upgrade or downgrade).
The Plan Change Fee does not apply to the following changes, which are free:
Only changing the plan tier itself triggers the Plan Change Fee.
Yes. We issue refunds for legitimate cases, including billing errors, service unavailability that prevented you from using what you paid for, and support quality issues we agree fell short. To request a refund, contact support@immersivefusion.com. Refund requests for the Plan Change Fee are best raised within 24 hours of the charge, before features on the new tier are used. We do not refund unused hour-based add-on time at month end (unused hours do not roll over and are not refundable).
Start and Visualize plans run on shared infrastructure, meaning your telemetry processing and storage resources are pooled with other customers. Analyze and Fuse plans run on dedicated infrastructure provisioned exclusively for your organization. Dedicated infrastructure provides higher throughput capacity, stronger isolation, and higher uptime SLAs (99.9% for Analyze, 99.99% for Fuse).
Uptime SLAs scale with each plan. Start (Free) does not include an uptime SLA. Visualize includes a 99% uptime SLA. Analyze includes a 99.9% uptime SLA. Fuse includes a 99.99% uptime SLA. Higher SLAs reflect the dedicated infrastructure and priority support included with those plans.
DeepCube is not limited to a programming language per se. We support all applications that can leverage commodity OpenTelemetry libraries. Check our documentation for more details.
Absolutely! We also offer NuGet package which are used for additional data OpenTelemetry attribution or low-level integration with DeepCube.
Custom instrumentation is easy to add. All instrumentation is done by additional attribution to OpenTelemetry Activities. You can add nested Activities (spans inside of a trace), tags per span or baggage items that apply through the whole trace.
Definitely! DeepCube can monitor an on-premise application as long as the installed application has the latest DeepCube integration packages and outbound Internet connectivity so that it can communicate with the DeepCube servers.
Definitely! DeepCube can monitor a containerized application if the container has the latest DeepCube integration packages and outbound Internet connectivity so that it can communicate with the DeepCube servers.
Definitely! DeepCube can monitor a Serverless compute if the function has the latest DeepCube integration packages and outbound Internet connectivity so that it can communicate with the DeepCube servers.
